A little more than a year ago Cody and I bought a new domain for this blog.  After many months of procrastination and wishing for some sort of magical perfection (not to mention an assistant to do the work), I decided to just make the move before another year passes.  And then Cody did it for me, because I don’t know how.

So, change your bookmarks, we’re Gone Domestic now.

I’m making some changes around here.  It’s all very exciting.  It feels like I’m getting an imaginary makeover.  In a couple of days it’s going to be like a whole new website.  Promise.

We got out of bed rather early on Saturday morning to spend some time in D.C. before the crowds arrived.  It’s cherry blossom season.  In fact, it’s Cherry Blossom Festival time, and it just so happens that seeing the blossoms in D.C. is on my Life List.

I thought I’d stop by to let you know that I have the yarn I need to knit my sweater!  I’m busy working on another project right now but, I’ll be casting on soon.  Very soon.
